Hi, my name is Arielle. I’m looking for a student female to take over my room in our lovely 4-bedroom home this January . I’ve absolutely loved living here, but I’ll be moving out in end of December and need to find someone to take my spot. You’ll be joining three amazing girls who are friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with.

The home is warm, inviting, and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The private bedroom is spacious with great natural light and plenty of room for furniture. You’ll share a bathroom that’s always kept clean and organized.
The common areas include a bright living room, kitchen (with plenty of counter space and cabinet storage), and in-unit laundry for convenience. Everything is well-kept and feels like a real home.

We’re located in Kingston, just a -minute walk from St. Lawrence College! It’s a super convenient and safe area — close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transit. It’s quiet enough to feel relaxing, but still close to everything you need
