The monthly rent is $ hundred fifty dollars and the room is available on January 6 the room is an RV which we will be “roommates” but you will have the RV to yourself most of the time as I will rarely be there. The RV park is the Riviera RV park in downtown Las Vegas and is a gated community. Electricity and utilities will be included if the electric bill stays under two hundred dollars a month as the RV park charges separately for electricity usage. Back ground check and roommate agreement are required and you must be listed as an occupant per tv park rules. It’s a one bedroom with king bed and master bath and closet and that is all yours.
