Looking for private room to rent!

Looking for a private room (furnished preferably but not a dealbreaker). My budget is $ (if utilities not included) $ (if they are). I’d like to move in around beginning of January but that’s flexible! Month to month preferred but open to month options! I have a car so it’d be great if there was a reserved parking stall/spot (willing to pay for it if it’s an option). Also open to connecting with a group then finding a place!
