Showings available only on Thur, Fri, and Sat. The room is fully furnished, with a private bathroom. There is a TV with Roku, mini-fridge, portable AC/heater and a large walk-in closet. You will have use of common areas such as kitchen, living room, dining area, and W/D and a parking space in the driveway. Rules are pretty relaxed. Prefer easy-going, relaxed tenants. No drama. No smoking in house or pets allowed. Just respect each other’s belongings and quiet times (no loud noise when others are sleeping). Neighborhood is very safe with police behind house and elementary school across street. Restaurants, Mall, Grocery stores are nearby. Within miles. Criminal background check required. No credit check needed, but you must have proof of steady/reliable employment.

About the roomies

The townhouse is a 3-bedroom house and can accommodate 3 people. There is 1 male professional/vet occupant and 1 female (not a couple) occupying the 2 other bedrooms downstairs. You will have total privacy in your own your upstairs room with bath. You also have use of the common areas. Tenants should be easy-going and respect everyones belongings and maintain cleanliness in common areas such as the living room, dining area and kitchen. Maintain reasonable noise in the evenings.
