Room for rent in a shared house

I’m renting out a fully furnished bedroom in a bath house. You’ll have your own private bathroom and bedroom, which comes with a bed, dresser, closet, TV and an L-shaped computer desk. Shower curtain and basic essentials are already set up.

Rent is flat rate for whole stay. Utilities and fast fiber optic WiFi included. You’ll have your own parking spot, access to the washer and dryer, and full use of the kitchen and living room. I’ll be using those shared areas too, but I keep things clean and respectful.

I’ve got two cats—Link and Dutchess. Their litter box is downstairs in a closet, and the room available is upstairs, so it stays separate.

This setup is ideal for someone going to school nearby or just looking for a comfortable, low-key place to stay. You can treat it as your personal home and move in whatever you like, Just be mindful of the animals, and take your stuff back when you’re ready to move
