In a peaceful living space in a bath apartment unit in Central/South Atlanta. Clean and organized luxury complex. With smart-lock door privacy access, most of the apartment you can see in the photos is furnished. You’ll have your own room, I just ask that the person remain respectful, kind, and take pride in the mutual living space. You can use whatever furniture, pots, pans, and other things in the the space within reason. Shared amenities include a cozy living/dining space, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, your own private bath, attached free WiFi, in community pool, grill, gym, mailroom, pickleball court, within a secured gated community. Monthly asking rent will be $ a month (within negotiating reason) and that includes water and power expenses. Open for immediate rental.
