Room in Cappo Beach

We are looking for someone in their ’s (preferably female but open to all) to rent a bedroom in our quaint beach house! We hope to find someone tidy, friendly, and laid back. There are currently 3 other girls in their mid ’s who live on the property. We like to spend time with each other at the house and share many fun hobbies like cooking, surfing, painting, skating, etc!

The lease is month to month, price being $/month. The house is located in a very safe, nice neighborhood about a minute walk/5 minute drive from the water. The neighbors are very polite and kind. There is garage storage available, along with a large backyard space. We have in unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, gas stove, backyard fire pit, and refrigerator/pantry space. Utilities are not included but range from about $/month. Pets are not allowed.
