The building is amazing: swimming pool, full gym, concierge, free valet, indoor parking, and secure access. It’s clean, quiet, and really comfortable, perfect for students, residents, fellows, or anyone with a busy schedule who wants a safe, modern place to come home to.

I’m only subletting because I’m relocating for a new job; otherwise, I would’ve definitely stayed and renewed my lease.

Rent: $ (negotiable for a quick move-in)

Lease: 8 months left (ends in August) with the option to renew
