Private room for rent!!

Room for rent in bath townhouse in Aurora, CO. I just moved to this house in February and am looking to rent out my second bedroom. The house is very cozy and located in a quiet suburb. There is heat/ac, dishwasher, laundry in house and there are two parking spots, one outside the house and one in the garage. There is a full sized bed frame in the room that you can either keep or I can get rid of. I do live with my year old black lab who is very sweet and mellow. He’s old so he mostly just sleeps all day. I’m open to having other dogs in the house if friendly, but I am allergic to cats. As for me I’m a year old woman working part time as a server and picking up extra gigs in my off time. I’m a pretty social person but also respect privacy and downtime. I like to keep the house clean and organized and want to find a roommate who values a clean space. In my free time I’m chilling at home, going to the gym, thrifting, going to concerts, or trying new places/things. I love cooking, music, and plants. This isn’t a party house, but I am always down to hang. If this sounds like something you’re interested in, hmu!! :)
