About the Apartment:

The room is a good size, can comfortably fit a queen size bed and has a built-in AC/heating unit. The apartment has a full kitchen, shared living space and a nice backyard. Building has an elevator, video intercom system and laundry in the basement. Location is super convenient and is within short walking distance of the , A/C/B/D and trains, as well as plenty of shopping (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, CVS etc.)

The rent is /month, not including electric/internet which average around /month per person. There’s also a security deposit of that will go to my previous roommate. You’d be taking over my former roommate’s spot as a subletter through October, with the option to renew officially on Nov 1 if the situation works out.

About Me:

/F who has been in NYC a combined total of years and lived in this apartment since . I work remote full time in animation, so I’m at home most of the time. I’m friendly but also mostly keep to myself. My ideal roommate situation is another woman professional who works outside the home (WFH definitely not a dealbreaker though) and is respectful and communicative.
