Share apartment and utility costs.

Good credit, assume you have fair to excellent. Looking to split cost and utilities for apartment North of River, near KCI Airport, Zona Rosa and Parkhill schools: Nice community, newer (high efficiency) appliances, summer pool, entertainment deck and exercise equipment. Maybe a unit with laundry wash/d in the apt. Cost and utilities half of budget-amount above.

Lot of nice communities in the area; many stores and yummy food. Is okay if you are a couple sharing 1 bed/bath. Is okay if you like pets, I will like them too --> don't have any so, you will pay the monthly overage.

We need to meet first obviously. I'll pay for breakfast, brunch or dinner. After we find the right spot, we go together to pay application fees, meet our landlord and fill out the papers.

After that, we should get along just fine. We'll learn to lounge like cousins on Christmas holiday.

I work mostly second shift, gone by late afternoon pm, home after early am, Mon thru Fri; and some Saturdays.

If you eat my food or start borrowing my clothes, we'll have our first argument! If i find you lounging around in my boxers, you're gonna have to do more than argue; after apologizing, youll have to figure out your own punishment.

Hopefully you dont throw things when your cranky or dieting (angry). If you throw things, we might have to upgrade your punishment so you wont do it again.

I can't see things going that far sideways though. So we should be fine. Just keep your hands off my food and out of my drawrz.
