I have an upstairs unfurnished bedroom available in a quiet neighborhood, close to freeway. The bedroom easily accommodates a queen or full-size bed, a dresser, and a desk or vanity area, with space for additional furniture or anything else you need to make it your own. For added peace of mind, the bedroom will be equipped with a smart lock for privacy and security.

Shared bathroom, access to laundry, kitchen privileges, pool access, covered carport parking spot available to rent; plenty of parking available otherwise, garage storage available for a fee, wifi included, utilities not included.

Shared spaces include: living room, kitchen, dining table, laundry room, and downstairs bathroom (monthly house cleaner for shared spaces). Shoes will not be worn in shared spaces so the home stays clean.

Ideal for college students or remote workers looking for a quiet, convenient living space.

Single renters preferred. Overnight guests allowed occasionally, but must be communicated and approved in advance. Long-term or repeated overnight stays by guests are not permitted.

I’m a full-time college student and also work full-time. I do have a cat, but he’ll stay in my room and won’t have access to shared spaces. I’m rarely home because of work and school, and I usually spend a couple nights a week out of the house, so you’ll have plenty of privacy even with another roommate.
