We're looking for a considerate and clean female roommate in their mid s, who values a quiet, peaceful and clean living environment. Our home is perfect for a graduate student or young professional.
The house has baths.
Room for rent is fully furnished and has a shared bathroom in the second floor.
The common areas are spacious and comfortable.
Kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, central AC, dishwasher, laundry and dryer in unit.

House has a perfect location for Mardi Gras, just a couple of blocks away from St. Charles (Parades’ route) but out of “The Box” , so you won’t have any issues accessing the neighborhood.
We are 3 blocks away from the Fresh Market and we have restaurants and gas stations close
