Property is Internet accessible* Gated Community. 2 car garage half used for storage other half is rentable parking space. Free Parking available within community as well on the street. . I am Flexible so if you have a couple of needs as far as move in amounts please ask, I am asking for 1st and last months rent. Last months rent payment plan options are available . Another smaller room will be available as well. The Townhome undergoes frequent improvements, the bed in the picture is not included, however the tv and nightstand are.
