hello! i'm looking for someone to take over my second floor, progressive lease at axis west campus ( longview st, austin, tx ) for as soon as possible, the spring semester and the upcoming next academic year. the apartment is a m walk away from campus, very quiet and nice. price is $ with parking included (open for negotiation! :)), the current residents are all female, here are also some of the specs:
