2 downstairs rooms for 1 person

I have 2 lower bedrooms (both with closets) for rent to 1 person. Included is both rooms, access to the whole downstairs: living room, kitchen, full bathroom (with a double sink), laundry/mud room and backyard (decent sized and fenced in, with a large back porch).
Included in rent is gas, water, DTE, Comcast giga internet, and I have streaming services on the living room tv. All appliances are new as of last year, I wouldn’t be opposed to getting a 2nd fridge (kitchen is big) so we each have our own space for food/drinks but not a necessity. Home is a story home that I own.

I’m a yr old female, I work a lot and have a 5 yr old king GSD who does amazing while I’m working ’s, so no accidents or needing to care for my pup while I’m at work ect. I’m not a smoker so no smoking cigarettes in the house (outside is fine or in the mudroom during the deep winter). and vaping ok inside the house.

I’m looking for another blue collar worker, no heavy drugs ( is fine), drinking’s fine as long as you’re not an angry or messy drunk. Men are fine to rent, we can even set up an agreement where you fix small stuff around the house in exchange for me cleaning if you’re open to that.

Everyone has a past but absolutely no sex offenders. I don’t care about the excuses or how old the charge was. Anyone else feel free to apply :) No families, I love kids but I love my peace more lol. The rooms are mostly cleaned out except for a few small tools & my 3D printer and ready to be moved into (I’ll move the last bit out when I have someone to move in)

First months rent and security deposit of $ required to move in.
