I'm Anthony. I have a fully furnished master bedroom w/ private bathroom & walk-in closet available for $ a month. It also comes with its own private & furnished livingroom. All utilities included. This is a huge house built for privacy. There are 3 livingrooms one of which is upstairs. 4 bedrooms total 2 upstairs and 2 master bedrooms downstairs. The room is downstairs. It has a mounted in tv w/ all streaming app already pre-programmed, walk-in closet, both AT&T (upstairs) & Xfinity (downstairs) high speed internet. ALL rented rooms are female occupants only. Huge front and back patios. All tenants have their own personal cabinets for dishes, food, etc; There are 2 refrigerators (2 tenants per refrigerator). Hot tub and huge firepit in the backyard, and the garage area is also currently under construction to be turned into a heated & ac workout room with workout equipment as well as a lounge area for when loud friends come over (lol). The kitchen is enormous and the laundry room has both washer & dryer. All tenants wash their own dishes and clean up after themselves. She's been residing at the residence for yrs) and unfortunately is leaving the home to move out of state. The newest tenant is a teacher at ISD, shes been residing here for a 9mon stay and is currently resigning her lease
