Hi everyone! We are currently looking for two roommates to move into our bath house in the Tempe Gardens neighborhood, about a 5-minute drive to ASU’s Tempe campus. We both graduated from ASU this past May and are hoping to find two people to move in as soon as this month, but we are flexible with timing.
Rent is $/month per room, with utilities split evenly among the house. Both available rooms come furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk, and chair. You’re welcome to bring your own furniture if preferred.
The house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to campus, Downtown Tempe, the . When we were students, we biked to class (about minutes). The home also includes a furnished living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, driveway and street parking, and a backyard with a pool.
