This short-term lease is a great and cheap option for travelers visiting NYC for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and/or New Year. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate, spacious living room. You'll have your own private room and will share the living room and kitchen with a female roommate. This sublease is available only for female guests.

The apartment is conveniently located near grocery stores, bars, restaurants, laundromats, and is walking distance to the Bronx Zoo and Bronx Botanical Garden. The apartment is situated near several bus stations (Bx, Bx), providing easy access to various trains (, D) to Manhattan.

Minimum stay is 2 weeks.
Preference will be given to guests who can commit to the entire period.
