lease takeover

Hi!! I am looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends in May ! This is a bath with a common kitchen, living room, and in suite laundry. It is also furnished with a couch and Tv in the living room, and a bed, desk, and chair in the bedroom. All utilities are covered in rent, including internet, electricity, water, etc.
There are 4 total rooms but right now it’s me and one other female (and her two cutie patootie cats). I am looking for a female student, as this is off campus student housing and an all female unit. Barely a minute walk to CSU Stan campus, and super convenient location to stores.
The apartments include a community pool with a grill area, gym, game room, movie room, as well as a beach volleyball and basketball court. The people working in Housing are so sweet and understanding, and it is student ran. I enjoyed living here and am totally open to answering questions about my experience! you can message me on ] :))
