Master bedroom in shared house

Private Bedroom w/Private Bath for Rent through August 8, 2026: $750 per month (includes wifi) + utilities (split) & $500 deposit. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Additional storage place in hallway closet. There is also an additional open bedroom.Looking for another professional adult to share the house with myself and my dog (a female roommate is strongly preferred)(positive rental history and employment required). W/in 15 minutes of the airport, Loso, South End, Ballantyne and White Water Center. W/in 20 minutes of Plaza Midwood and Uptown. One story home with a fenced in back yard and deck. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. The house is cozy and fully furnished, including a washer, dryer. Driveway parking for two vehicles and plenty of on street parking.A work-from-home roommate is not preferred. I would consider it based on their schedule, but they would need to pay additionally on utilities and understand that this is a home first, which may not always be conducive to your working environment. Meet and greet is required. No smoking on the property. Preference is to put in an application to the rental company and be added to the rental lease, which includes rental references and credit check. A higher deposit is required if not on the lease. I am a teacher in my 30's. I love the outdoors and stay active. I have a very energetic dog, about 30 pounds, so must love dogs and a little chaos.
