Seeking girl roommate

We have a bedroom available December 1st! We rent a bath house in Van Nuys. Girls only! Alexys and I have lived together since , we’re both from North Dakota. She works on the west side days a week and I work in Sherman oaks 4 days a week. Must love dogs! You’d be renting the bedroom down the hall from me and we share a bath. There’s parking (we have a driveway) and a gated yard. There’s plenty of storage in the house as well as a garage. New plumbing was installed as well as a new roof. There’s a laundry room and new stove/microwave. Rent is $-$ per month, LADWP (electricity- trash) is every other month and is around $ each depending on use. House has central air so the summer months can be on the higher end. Water is paid by landlord. We both travel a few times a year and are pretty quiet roommates when we’re home.
