All inclusive (utilities, wifi, 1 day a week laundry, light kitchen use, parking available) fully furnished large room in nice Doral Community. Currently occupied, and exactly as shown in pictures. If you like it and give me a deposit. (Will provide receipt) you can move in in days, if no rush, you can move by January . Private bath and fridge inside room. Across Gym, and Urgent Care Center, walking distance to Winn Dixie, Publix, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, fast food, and hang-outs, gas stations, several universities (Albizu, FIU, Doral College, Miami Dade College, West Coast University, Milllenea Atlantic, Miami Media, Urbe University, etc), 1 huge public park, minute drive to MIA, minute drive to Palmetto Expressway and the Turnpike, 3 City Trolleys take you to the International and Dolphin Malls, 5 minute ride to City Place and Downtown Doral, 2 Trolley routes ( min ride) taken 1 block away from the house take you to the Palmetto Metrorail Station. Doral is a very safe city for walking and the location is ideal if you don’t own a car. Its a townhouse community of units. You will have key for 4 front door locks, 1 key to the room) - I respect your privacy. I am the owner and only female in a household of 4 (if both my rooms are rented). Our work schedules are from pm. There are no small children. There are however, 3 elderly friendly female cats ages , so that you cannot bring any pets with you. If you do not like animals, cats in particular, or have allergies you will not be comfortable in this house. 1 month deposit and current month’s rent moves you in. Rent can be prorated on the first month if not moving in at the 1st of the month.
