Hi, we are looking to fill a room in our house January. This bedroom shares the bathroom with one other person. It’s a bedroom house, with a big back yard. It has granit in the kitchen with updated flooring through out the house. Located near the light rail, trails, and parks. Rent is $ per month and includes internet, water and electricity. The room can be furnished . We are only accepting individual tenants, no families or couples.






A little bit about us, men, we are in our mid twenties/thirties; are young professionals. We all have different hobbies, including camping, hiking, gaming, and watching movies. We currently planted a garden
And have tomatoes and pepper growing.


The back yard is nice for barbecuing in summers. is welcome in the back yard but no other drugs, also no smoking in the house.
