Wilkinsburg ranch with room for rent. Large master bedroom is $, plus utilities split four ways. On the bus line but service is limited and having a car or ebike is ideal. Washer/dryer in basement. Aiming to fill the rooms by December but date is flexible.

We are three white queer femmes in our s. We like gardening, board games, community organizing, herbalism, cooking, being silly, and occasional parties/gatherings. There is a large garden space that you are welcome to participate in. Other fun things to share include a record player, huge board game collection, cozy TV nook, fire pit, large open common space suitable for house shows, and lots of tools for woodworking and projects. We are anticapitalists leftists and would like to live with folks who share our values. We enjoy occasional late gatherings but usually need quiet after or so. We use very little alcohol or other substances and would like to share a home with people who are also low substance users.

You are looking for a house where you can be in community with others, not just a space to use in passing. You are able to communicate your needs and can participate in conversations around them. You pick up after yourself in shared spaces and participate in general house cleaning. You are financially stable and able to pay rent consistently. You are willing to participate in basic energy conservation practices.

Pets: There will be a sweet but animal aggressive pitbull living downstairs and a cat upstairs. One additional cat in the upstairs is a possibility, but additional dogs would not be compatible.
