If you’re a musician or someone who works/jams at night, this place is for you! I’m a musician who tends to write/record at the weirdest times, so I understand the need for a place where others wouldn’t mind the music in the house. This place promotes creativity, and inclusion, so if you’re needing to focus on your creativity we understand the need to be surrounded by people and a place that promotes that lifestyle. This is a year lease for 1 bedroom
signed with the landlord deposit and first month’s rent required. Utilities (Internet/Water/Electric/Gas) are not included and are split by every roommate in the house (divided evenly). Since we have pets (2 cats in my bedroom, 2 bearded dragons, and 2 roaming cats
