I am a working professional who owns a pet company in Lethbridge, an aesthetician, and does housekeeping part-time. I love game nights, dogs, nature, reading and soap operas! Looking for 1 more roommate to share a bath house. (Currently 4 people live here) I am most keen on renting to young working professionals :) most of us are in our ’s, and we all get along awesomely. I am and enjoy having a friendly & relaxed atmosphere. There’s TONS of common space and it never feels crowded! -Laundry in basement , we will coordinate laundry cycles so everyone gets use

-Use of the whole house and yard (there’s a grill 😉)

-Upstairs Living room is furnished

- Kitchen is partially furnished with barstools and all essential cookware.

- I have a spare computer anyone is more than welcome to use if needed!

-$ rent, includes all utilities and wifi!

-6 month with option to renew or extend month to month.
