Need a roommate asap!!

Hello, I am seeking a male or female
roommate to complete my lease asap , which ends on June . I currently have a roommate, but we share a room. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, and do not need to share either. Your $ payment covers your portion of the rent. Spectrum cable is included in the rent when I moved in. My other roommate covers water, electricity, groceries, and other expenses. I work a lot, so my apartment is not fully furnished. I have not had the time to decorate, but I am gradually making progress. My kitchen is fully furnished. I do have a cat but she will be moving in with a family soon as I can. The images I’ve uploaded will be your bathroom, room and I’ve also put pictures of the
living room and kitchen. If interested I will show apartment looks now. If you decide to move in before the first of the month there will be a fee.
