Hi everyone! I’m casually putting some feelers out there for a roommate. I have a partially furnished private bedroom and private bathroom available in my in Ranson WV townhouse

Preferably female, just someone clean, kind, and respectful. I’m pretty quiet, I don’t party or do drugs, and I like keeping my home peaceful.

• Shared kitchen, laundry, and living area

• No pets (I pet sit on the side and have one dog🐾)

• Background check required ($ non-refundable fee)
• Security deposit equal to one month’s rent due at signing
• First month’s rent due at move-in
