Looking to rent out a room

Hello, my wife and I are looking to rent out a room in a townhome that we are renting for the next months. We have a golden retriever and a love bird, and the place is too small for other pets. We have a full bedroom that is vacant, and all areas of the hosue are accessible. We have a fenced in backyard. The house is fully furnished, so anything outside of the bedroom may need to be put into storage. The lease will be split down the middle between I (Michael), and you (the new roommate).
