I have available a house share located in Manchester NH. This is a single person (1 person) rental available immediately. You would be housemates with myself and one other mature male. I am the home owner. You would have a furnished bedroom, which is " in size. The bedroom has wall shelving, a ceiling fan with a ceiling light, a window with a blackout shade and blackout curtains, and a closet. Also included is a sturdy queen sized bed with mattress and sheets, a large clothes dresser with a large mirror attached, a night stand, and a warm space heater with remote. The bedroom has 5 electrical outlets. Clothes hangers are available for free if needed. You will have use of the bathroom, kitchen and all kitchen supplies (including all pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates and bowls, microwave, blender, cooking oven, etc), clothes washer and clothes dryer, the yard, and extra storage if needed in the full basement. I am seeking a mature, responsible, drug and alcohol free single occupancy adult. No pets allowed. You will be expected to make significant contributions to the cleaning, care, and maintenance of the common areas. The property has off street parking, a backyard, is surrounded by a small woodlot on 2 sides, and is in a good, safe, quiet neighborhood. This location is near everything you would need. Meaning, within 3 miles of large grocery stores, the mall of NH, the Manchester airport, doctors offices, and close to the highway for easy travel. The bedroom is in the larger house on the left. All utilities and household supplies (electricity, water & sewer, heat, dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies) and Wifi are included. The house share is $ per month, with $ security deposit required.
