2nd floor apartment in Albany

Hello! My name is Maddie and I am a student at OSU. My two roommates are moving out this upcoming October since they are moving and/or graduating so I am looking for people to take their spot. The lease is annual and starts in October, but you could move in earlier if needed. Also a move in deposit is required. This is a bath house that is a part of a duplex with a washer, dryer, heating, and a bunch of storage space. I LOVE this area since it at the end of a cul-de-sac and has deer, turkeys, and a walking trail, hence why I am trying to find 2 new people as opposed to moving(lol). Pets are for sure welcome, I do not have one but my roommates are leaving with a cat each so I'd love to have another animal around. I am not overly tidy but am very down to adapt to what people are comfortable with and definitely like to keep shared spaces clean and nice. Also if you smoke, outside would be preferable! Message me if this sounds like a good fit! Sadly, any cats in the pictures are not included with the house:(. Also it is furnished with couches and tables but my roommates were cool and owned a bunch of the artsy fun decor so it might need some redecorating!
