Hey Guys, Gals, and Non-Binary Pals;

There is a hidden gem available starting November 1st for cool and accepting people.

This spot in South Nashville near the Plaza Mariachi is one of the best deals in town. For only around $, you can snatch up a room in this bath oasis.

There are still 2 rooms available- one being a master bedroom for $ and a smaller office room that is being used as a bedroom for $.


We are looking for only people who identify as queer or trans, or at the very least be extremely comfortable and accepting of queer people. We are also looking for artists and art lovers- so huge plus if that’s you. Another huge plus if you are a musician :)

We are pretty quiet and introverted but would also like to have roomies that are also our friends- movies, dinners, social events, etc.



Right now, there is a non-binary artist who is years of age and is an avid actor and director as well as a writer. There is also a year old trans artist who is very involved in the queer and arts community. And finally, a year old female artist who loves animals, writing, and learning about science!



We are pet friendly, but one of the roommates already has 3 cats so we are preferably not looking for more animals. We may be open to another cat but it would have to be good around other animals.
