Room for rent in peaceful home

Hello. I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom, two bath house in the Valencia Park neighborhood. Good location for easy access to multiple freeways.
House is on a cul-de-sac, with driveway parking for tenants. Neighbors are great and the hood is usually pretty quiet. Full house access. Washer/dryer. Bedrooms are twelve ft by ten ft. Shared bathroom with another tenant in near future. I usually prefer female roommates, especially for courtesy and cleanliness in shared bathroom, with each other. I live in the master bed and have my own bathroom. Ac/heat in bedrooms, just repainted and refreshed whole house. I’m looking for clean, considerate adults who take care of their responsibilities. I’m very easygoing and looking for good roommates in a peaceful and healthy home. I keep to myself a lot but like to be friendly with roommates and give roommates their space and privacy.
