Room for rent

Busy Single mom of 2 girls and a corgi looking to rent their downstairs bedroom. Looking for a female, to ……, at least a year. College student, working female, reliable and responsible. No drugs. Walk to the beach. Bike to the beach or the pier. Minutes from downtown Huntington. Small room fully furnished (will be empty upon arrival and bring your own bedding if you prefer) shared bathroom (just us or guest visiting). If you rather unfurnished that can be discussed also. Full use of kitchen and laundry room. Backyard amenities, Pool and spa are also open for use. I’m a preschool teacher. My girls are in elementary school and middle school. Always busy with something, cheer, gymnastics, dance. We are in and out of the house. Mellow nights on school days. We love going to Disneyland. Like to entertain here and there, but otherwise pretty mellow and chill. Big sports fans, love to have family over to watch games. A family friend rents the bedroom upstairs, she is always on the go and traveling.
