Hi there! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my home starting mid-January. You’ll have a private upstairs bedroom with a full bath right next to it (for your exclusive use).

The home is peaceful, clean, and in a great location — our backyard backs up to a tranquil pond, and there’s a hot tub for relaxing after a long day.

All Utilities and WIFI Included!

No pets please! I have a 4lb Morkie (Holly) she mostly hides away most of the day but is super friendly and rarely barks!

Common areas are furnished! You will have access to all spaces, excluding the spare room upstairs.

You'll be living with one roommate (Me!)
I like to keep a clean house and expect the same of my roommate. We will both regularly clean shared spaces, as well as our personal spaces!
