Looking for a place to stay over the summer?
We are looking for a flatmate that is keen to move in temporarily from the 1st of December to the 1st of February.
The room will be fully furnished, and the flat includes a big lounge, a sun room, and heaps of parking.
Rent is $ excluding power and water.
The flat is in Upper Riccarton, and is a min walk to UC. It is conveniently located near The Warehouse & Chemist Warehouse on Blenheim Road and is a short walk to bus stops.
You’ll be staying with 2 first-year university guys that are studying throughout the summer to complete their first year.
