Welcome to Agassiz Avenue House! I am currently moving out of this apartment and am looking for someone to continue a new lease starting Oct 1st onwards ( move is flexible ) The apartment is a two-floor, 3 bedroom apartment located above a single-floor apartment.

The sunlit bedroom has a large closet and easy access to the kitchen (with built-in laundry), living room, porch, and dining room, all located on the main floor. You would be living in the only bedroom on the main floor and would have a bathroom mostly to yourself. There is also a toilet and shower (split into 2 separate rooms) on the upper floor.

The house is fully furnished except for your bedroom. The two current tenants are happy to share their kitchen appliances, cookware, and dishes with you. There is also a small living room with a large television and multiple streaming services that everyone is welcome to use.

An off-street parking spot is available for an additional $/month. Utilities are split evenly between all roommates.

LOCATION AND PUBLIC TRANSIT:
The house is in an excellent location, located one short block outside of Belmont’s Waverly Square within a couple minute’s walk to Star Market (w/ Starbucks), Tatte, Dunkin, and many places to shop and eat alongside Trapelo Road.

Waverly Square station also has the -minute ride to Harvard Square), the bus (goes to Moody Street, Newton Center, etc), the Fitchburg Commuter Rail (inbound stops at Porter Square and North Station), as well as shuttle buses for students/employees of Bentley University and McLean Hospital. There are also great areas to walk such as Beaver Brook!

A BIT ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:
Two females that are both sociable but chill, mostly keeping to themselves but enjoy the occasional movie lego or boardgame nights. We are looking for someone who is a team player and has strong communication skills.
