Hey there, my name is Carol! a y/o working female-active and young-at-heart. Looking only for a female (per landlord) roommate who is + years old to rent. I have a friendly mini golden doodle and 2 parakeets(in my room). No additional pets per landlord.

This is a single bedroom for rent in a 2BDR home-located off of Piedmont Park Rd. in Greenville, SC.
It’s furnished with 2 closets, and the bathroom is shared. I have kitchen appliances, laundry facilities that I’m willing to share, too. Home has an open porch and a spacious backyard! Storage is available with shared, room in the house as well as a big shed in the backyard.

Available now or by November + half of utilities (internet, electric, water, gas); trash pickup covered by landlord. Approval by the landlord is required.
