I am a nursing student seeking housing I am in school so I am needing a calm, well-maintained and drama free space. I have a stipend so rent reliability is not an issue. I am pretty outgoing and do freelance art on the side. Feel free to ask me any more questions as needed. Looking to move-in end of december/top of January. Will consider sooner if a really nice opportunity. Looking to lease an entire home/apartment OR entire room & bathroom(no shared bathroom please)
Location: Atlanta, GA or no more than twentay miles outside of Atlanta.
Open and would prefer clear boundaries if living together. Not conflict avoidant, willing to compromise and hear frustrations.
