Prof. Couple looking to home share!

We are a mid thirties professional couple looking to home share. Would prefer a basement, mother in law, private entrance or room + private bath for $ or less, We’ve been together over 2 years, have min. drama, clean, respectful, are tidy, enjoy cooking, music (we come w/ headphones LOL), work remotely in IT and Operations during the day and tend to pick up gig work in the evenings and on the weekends. We have no criminal history outside of traffic infractions , don’t party but our credit leaves a lot to be desired after falling on hard times. The ideal place will be calm, easy going, tidy and not mind having older kids visit occasionally over night, the odd hours of coming and going for work, events, kids activities etc.
