This quaint apartment is located at the base of the hills in Burbank. Just minutes away from uptown Burbank with shopping, dining, movies and fitness clubs, there is something to enjoy any day of the week. I would need to access your bathroom to do laundry only as that’s where the washer/dryer are located. Living and dining room are furnished. Window unit AC in each room for the hot days. No heater. Second floor. Street parking. We will split utilities evenly, including WiFi which will come out to an additional $ a month. Streaming services included: Netflix, Peacock, Hulu, Disney+, and MAX. No partying or smoking. House guests are fine with proper communication ahead of time. I have a very friendly, hypoallergenic cockapoo who will love you. Living room is already fully furnished and kitchen is fully stocked. Trader Joe’s, Target, Walmart, AMC, OrangeTheory, Pilates, F all within minutes from our place. Super cute farmers market on Saturdays and ample street parking to use daily too! Looking for a single, mellow, female roommate. No couples, sorry!
