Room for renting at Ghent Villagee

Hi everyone!
I’ll have a room available in the next couple of weeks at Ghent Village in Norfolk. It’s a 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor in a great community with a small gym, a pool, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
You’d have your own private bathroom, and the living room is fully furnished — you’d just need to bring your own bedroom furniture.
I’m a woman in my late twenties and I’m barely home during the week, so it’s usually quiet here. I’m preferably looking for another woman who’s clean, respectful, and easygoing.
Rent is about $ each, plus utilities (around $ total per person - usually less than that).
