7 min walking from wallmart, 5 min from bus stop. The house has 2 bathrooms; the one downstairs will be yours. Upstairs one has the shower and we will be sharing it. Your bedroom is unfurnished, the remainder of the house will be. Utilities included. I require last month in advance + security fully refundable for damages, keys and so on.

I’ve been living in this house for the past year and I would like to have a roommate to share on the cost. I work alot, and most of the times I’m outside. The entire home is yours to share, it is spacious and really nice. I got a car and you are welcome to tag along for groceries and so on. I’m clean and tidy, don’t have many “house rules” and pretty laid back; all I ask is when my 4 year old kid is with me (1 night a week and every other weekend) to be patient, he is lovely and full of energy and brings life to any house he enters
