2nd Floor - dining room, kitchen w/stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), small TV room, guest full bathroom,
3rd Floor - full bathroom serving the two bedrooms for rent,
Bottom Level - interior laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, motorcycle (only) parking in attached garage.
The townhouse has central air conditioning. The bedroom for rent is approx. -SF, has bamboo flooring, vaulted ceiling, pot lights, mirrored closet doors, and horizontal window blinds. The Daybreak La Mesa complex has a pool and hot tub and is landscaped. There will be no more than tyhree adults living within the unit including myself (Owner/Landlord) and no more than two adults will share the upstairs bathroom.
