Looking for a roommate to rent a private room in my home. Choice of Room is available and each includes its own closet. You’ll have access to shared spaces including the kitchen, living room, and backyard. Vaping inside allowed, Cigarette smoking inside is not.

Available Immediately

Rent: Base rent per month plus half of utilities (if in the future another roommate moves in this will drop to a third of utilities.)

Lease: Lease will be initially 3 months, afterwards it may be as long as you need and no early move-out fee.


Utilities included: Gigabit Internet, Electricity, Gas and Water
Appliances: A Spaceous Refrigerator (Dispenses filtered water), Gas Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer. Gigabit Internet is available.


About Me: I'm Edward Soloman, I am twenty- years old, originally from California and Washington and spent 6 years in Texas while serving in the Air Force fixing planes. I have a pet dog and my hobbies are cars and gaming.

Proof of Income / Ability to Pay Rent

Background and credit check may be required

References from previous landlords preferred

Common Areas such as the Kitchen and Living Room must be kept clean. Do your dishes and throw away your expired food and trash. Your room can be dirty, it will be your own room, but not the common areas.
