Looking for a fun roommate to share my house with me. Your Room already has a queen bed set up with storage below, curtains, and newer flat screen TV. (I can remove these completely, your choice). Shared fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen. Great outdoor space with garden beds (which I could share), fire pit, outdoor furniture. I might have some additional storage available in the garage or washroom for you. Newer GOOD washer and dryer. Good forced air heat and air with controls right outside your room. Your room is on ground floor and so is your bathroom. Only one person living in the house: me! I have an older cat that mostly sleeps. There is a music space within the house that will have louder music played once a week for 2hrs. This house could be ideal for a musician that wants to practice at home (or even jam some time).
