The house is a bath. Only looking for one roommate currently. Extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. Spacious home with unfurnished room. Must be willing to sign a lease and be okay with pets.
The room is the second largest room in the house. There is a guest bathroom which would be your own bathroom as no one else uses it. It would be expected to stay clean since it is also a guest bathroom. We cook from time to time so you're of course welcome to join.
About the other tenants:
It's currently my boyfriend and I.. Looking for a clean roommate. I work from home so I am generally home all day. I have a pomsky and a grey hound mix so you would need to okay with pets.
