M Biologist single non-smoker with no party habbits. Relocating from the west coast looking for a room or entire place to rent in the Dallas area (prefer Denton, Addison, Plano North Dallas).

I would like to find something furnished, quiet and clean in a safe area. With or without roommates (I've had roommates the majority of my s) so I understand what its like to live in common shared areas.
