Room for rent basement level

Room is downstairs basement has a bed in it and two shelves bed and shelves can be removed if need be.. Has its own bathroom shower. you will have pretty much your own space downstairs as I am on the upper level Pretty good space. share kitchen space upstairs big backyard close to light rail station, buses, laundromats, and restaurants. However, I do have two dogs they are not allowed downstairs.
month-to-month lease or 3 month lease. But month-to-month lease is up for renewal each time. i’m a pretty quiet person. I don't smoke drink.
